Specify the future business date on which you wish to end responsibility for the service. This date must fall within normal business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude holidays and weekends. Note that the earliest a disconnect can be processed is the next business day. If an earlier date is provided, the disconnect will be scheduled for the next available business day. Disconnects will occur any time after 8am.(Required)
